These photographs are a small part of an evolving body of work that officially began in the fall of 2024 but was a lifetime in the making.
This current iteration has gone through quite a few changes and working titles. I settled on Dead Reckoning for a short run, self published book to preserve the idea in it’s current state. The title is a nautical term, referring to navigation without instrumentation; relying on distance and direction to plot a course.
